Contact POS Quality Paper

Call 877-720-6510, or email info@posqualitypaper.com. A second inbox, contact@posqualitypaper.com, is on the site if you would rather write there. We answer email within one business day. The desk is 9:00am to 5:00pm CST. We do not staff a night line, so a message after 5 sits until the next business morning.

There is no street address on this page. We started in Alabama in 2018 and ship cases across the US. If a vendor form needs a physical address, ask on the call. Do not pull one from another paper supplier.

What to send so we can answer in one pass

The form is enough for a short note. A reorder is faster if the first message already has the spec.

  • Width and length, as printed on the old core. 3 1/8 x 230 is a different roll from 3 1/8 x 220.
  • Pack. Say tray pack or 50-roll case. Those are separate product pages.
  • How many cases, and whether this is a one-time order or a monthly reorder.
  • Ship-to ZIP. We need it for the carrier, not for a showroom visit.
  • Order number, if this is about a case already on the way.

Width pages if you want to look before you write: 3 1/8 inch rolls for registers, 2 1/4 inch rolls for card machines, 2 5/16 inch pump rolls for dispensers. The full list is the thermal paper rolls category. Card-machine buyers can start on the credit-card widths page.

Phone, email, form

The phone is the right line for a standing order, a pump core question, or a case that arrived short. Have the width in front of you. We would rather hold the order than ship the wrong length.

Email is better when purchasing needs a written note: monthly case count, bill-to and ship-to, or a grade question. Use info@posqualitypaper.com for orders. Use contact@posqualitypaper.com if the note is general. Both come to the company. We do not private-label on this site, and we do not print logos on the roll back unless a separate agreement already says so.

The form on this page is for the same kinds of notes. Put the size in the message, not only a name and a phone number. A message that says “need paper” has to wait for a reply before anyone can pull a case.

Shipping and returns

Free shipping applies to orders over $100. That is the rule. A line elsewhere on the site says free delivery on all orders. Ignore that until we confirm it. Most cases clear $100 on their own, which is why the threshold rarely matters on a normal reorder.

The money-back window is 10 business days after we receive the return. It covers the wrong width and a case that arrived damaged. It is not an open trial. Tell us the order number when you call, and do not discard the rolls before we have seen them.

We do not publish a same-day cutoff. If a site is down to its last roll, say so on the call and we will tell you what can ship. We will not promise a dock time we do not have.

Grade questions

Every roll we list is BPA-free. That is the claim we can make. It is not a phenol-free or BPS-free claim. The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences page is the plain description of bisphenol A, which is why buyers ask. California’s Proposition 65 FAQ is the official note on that warning law. Washington’s move off bisphenol receipt paper is in this state note on thermal receipts.

If a bid asks for no-phenols-added paper, a Prop 65 file, or a GSM number, email before you order. We will say what the current lot supports. We will not invent a certificate to win the case.

Who we can help

A single counter, a restaurant with two widths, a fuel site, or a wholesaler on a monthly case count. The company background is on the about page: Alabama, 2018, thermal rolls only. We do not sell printers, ribbons, or bond paper. If the question is which width, start with the old core. If the question is a vendor setup, start with the phone.

Wrong-width orders are the ones we most want a call on before checkout. A 3 inch roll will not stand in for 3 1/8. A 2 1/4 inch terminal roll will not run in a 2 5/16 inch pump. Five minutes on the phone is cheaper than a return.
