This is a 3 inch by 165 foot BPA-free thermal roll, packed as two 25-roll trays, 50 rolls to the case. The case is $49. It is the middle length of the three 3 inch rolls we stock, between the 150 foot case and the 190 foot case.
Use it only if the old core or the printer manual says 3 inch, or 76 mm. It is not a 3 1/8 inch register roll. A 3 inch roll in an 80 mm printer will sit loose and the print will walk. If the core says 3 1/8 or 80 mm, leave this page and open the 3 1/8 inch rolls. If it says 3 inch, stay here. The other two lengths are the 3 x 150 case and the 3 x 190 case. Width 3 inch (76 mm). Length 165 feet, listed as 50 meters. Core 7/16 inch. Outside diameter about 52 mm, just over 2 inches. Paper weight 48 GSM. End-of-roll warning stripe. Coating BPA-free, no bisphenol A. Packing 2 × 25 tray packs, 50 rolls per case. SKU PRD633218. Price $49.
That diameter is the reason to pick 165 feet instead of 190. The 190 foot roll is listed at about 60 mm outside. A compact bay that will not close on 60 mm may still close on 52 mm. If the door already closes on the longer roll, buy the 190. Fewer changes. If it hits the roll, this is the one.
Do not use the printer list on the live page
The current page names Bixolon SRP-330 and SRP-350, Citizen CT-S310II, Epson TM-T88 and TM-T20, Star TSP100, Clover, and Square Stand. Those are standard 80 mm receipt printers. A 76 mm roll is the wrong width for them. Take that block off before this copy goes live. We do not have a confirmed 3 inch thermal printer list for this SKU. Match the core in the machine, not a brand name on the page.
The same size number at other suppliers is often 1-ply bond for an impact printer, with a ribbon. This roll is direct thermal. No ribbon. A bond roll will not print in a thermal head, and this thermal roll will not feed an impact printer that wants bond. Match the printer type, then the width.
Price breaks
One case is $49, about $0.98 a roll. The quantity table on the page steps down from there. Two or three cases are $48.02. Six to ten are $46.06. At 300 cases and up the table shows $36.26. Shipping on that table is marked free at every break. The site banner still says free shipping over $100. Use the banner until the client confirms the table. One case at $49 does not clear $100. Two cases do.

BPA-free only
The coating is BPA-free. The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences describes bisphenol A as a high-volume chemical used in plastics and resins, which is why buyers ask. This SKU is not listed as phenol-free or BPS-free. California’s Proposition 65 FAQ explains that warning law. Washington’s switch off bisphenol receipt paper is in this state note on thermal receipts. If the bid asks for no-phenols-added paper, email before you order.
Lint-free stock and the end stripe are the practical extras. The stripe shows before the roll runs out mid-ticket. Keep the case cool and dry. Sun, a trunk, or a shelf over a grill will gray the edge.
Before you add it to the cart
Read the core. Confirm 3 inch, not 3 1/8. Confirm the printer is thermal. Confirm the bay will take a roll about 52 mm across. Then order SKU PRD633218. Wrong width or a damaged case: send it back. The refund is issued within 10 business days after we receive the return. Have the order number. A five-minute call is cheaper than that return.
